Great information on Vegan Bodybuilding

Before finding this book I did as I always have and just tried to keep fit and healthy with the information I gathered from the internet without much success.

When I saw this book I was so excited being a vegan almost all of the bodybuilding programs involve eating meat which it something I refuse to do. This book was so easy to follow and the diagrams showing workout moves for the 4 week training program are well illustrated which made it really easy for me to understand what I needed to do.

I loved the recipes my favourite one is the grilled Mediterranean vegetable on white bean mash which has now become one of my favourite meals, all the ingredients for the recipes are easy get hold of as I got all the ingredients from one shop plus the chillies which I grow myself.

Another part I found useful was the vegan bodybuilder’s diet plan that I found had some great tips. With the help of this book I was able to create my own workout program that’s works for me and I was able to change it slightly to suit my needs.

The FAQ section of the book really helped me understand the type of program I was about to start and just gave me that little bit more confidence to try and implement the ideas in the book. I would recommend this book to anyone who is a vegan and wants to start bodybuilding of just keep fit without eating meat.

The real deal

This book has been just what I have been looking for! Over the last few years, I have been searching for a realistic approach to vegan bodybuilding. Let's face it, there isn't a ton of information out there, and most of the stuff that is just isn't that great. Nothing has worked for me at least. Sculpting the perfect body while remaining vegan just sounded impossible...up until I read this book.

As a person just getting started on this plan, I can say that I KNOW this is going to work for me. Everything a person needs to know is spelled out, including supplements, meal plans and recipes. Just a fantastic resource! I don't want to really admit how much money I have spent on other plans and programs, but I will say that the price of this book is an absolute steal. Others will charge you way more for way less information...mostly stuff that doesn't work. If you are looking to develop a fantastic body while remaining vegan, download this book now!
